Exchanges and returns.

Click the questions below for details on everything about our exchanges and returns process. You have 28 days to get any item(s) back to us. If you have any questions please email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Due to non-essential travel restrictions we understand you might need some more time to return your items. If you are struggling to return any items within the usual 28 day timeframe from the day you received your order, no sweat. Please email and we will be happy to assist you.
We are still processing returns that we do receive back during this period.
If something doesn't quite fit how you would like it to, you can exchange it for a different size or colour (stock dependant).
To process an exchange please fill in this form (click here) and follow the instructions on the form.
If you would like to return an item you can do this for store credit or a refund.
To process a return please fill in this form (click here) and follow the instructions on the form.
If you order multiple sizes in the same item a refund can be processed, so you can keep the size that fits you best. Otherwise, end of line or sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please follow the instructions on the forms above.
Usually we process exchanges, store credits and refunds within 10 days of us receiving the items back. Please note, this period does not start from the day you sent an item back to us, as it will take some time to reach our warehouse.
For exchanges, once we dispatch your exchange standard delivery times will apply.
For store credits, this will be sent by email, so please check junk folders incase it landed there.
For refunds, once your refund is submitted your banks processing times apply for this to reflect in your account, this is usually within 5 days. We can only refund to the card or payment method you used when placing the order.
During really busy periods this can take a little while longer, rest assured our team our working hard to get returns done as fast as possible.
We do not have an automated email service that tells you when your return is back with us. Returns are opened, inspected and processed as soon as possible once they reach our warehouse, rest assured we aim to process all exchanges and returns within 10 days of us receiving the items back.
